Terms of Service
1. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration (Email, Phone Number, Username).
- Coupon codes are required for registration and plan upgrades. Misuse, forging, or sharing of unauthorized coupon codes will result in account termination.
- You are responsible for keeping your withdrawal PIN and password safe. YENLLET is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
2. Earnings & Wallets
- Yencoin (¥): The virtual currency used within the app. It can be earned via tasks, videos, quizzes, referrals, and the Yen Runner game.
- Withdrawal Limits: Withdrawals are subject to minimum limits based on your plan (YENLITE, YENPRO, YENVITE) and active region (Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon).
- Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed manually by the admin. Funds will be sent to your provided bank account.
- YENLLET reserves the right to reverse any wallet balance credited due to a system glitch or bug.
3. Yen Runner Game & AI Auto-Play
- Daily Limits: YENPRO users have 2 manual plays/day. YENVITE users have 3 manual plays/day. Maximum ¥20 can be earned per game.
- AI Background Worker: VITE users can activate AI to play automatically. If activated, the AI will continue to play daily until manually disabled.
- Any attempt to manipulate the game API, bypass daily limits, or use unauthorized scripts will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of all wallet balances.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Creating multiple accounts (self-referrals) to farm referral bonuses.
- Using VPNs or proxies to bypass country-specific withdrawal locks.
- Harassing vendors, support staff, or other users via the chat system.
- Posting inappropriate content in WhatsApp shares or support tickets.
Privacy Policy
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Data: Email address, phone number, bank details, and withdrawal PIN.
- Usage Data: IP address, browser type, activities performed on the platform, and referral history.
- Media: Profile pictures and WhatsApp share screenshots uploaded to our secure Cloudinary servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process your withdrawals and verify your bank details.
- To send you notifications regarding your account, earnings, and platform updates.
- To provide customer support via our vendor ticketing system.
- To prevent fraud, monitor fair play in games, and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Data Security
Your passwords are hashed securely using SHA-256 cryptography. Your withdrawal PIN is also hashed and cannot be viewed by anyone, including the admin. We use a secure Neon PostgreSQL database and host our backend on Render. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
4. Data Retention
If you request account deletion by an admin, all your personal data, wallet balances, and activity history will be permanently erased from our database.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as Cloudinary (for image hosting), Nodemailer/Gmail (for password resets), and WhatsApp/Telegram (for community links). These services have their own privacy policies.
